About Stop Hurting People Foundation
Empowering the Vulnerable
Stop Hurting People Foundation, founded 15 years ago, is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable groups such as displaced children, widows, abused women, and youths facing drug and gang challenges. We have provided aid during crises like Ebola and Covid-19, rehabilitated over 500 youths, awarded bursaries to more than 1,000 Nigerians, and partnered with healthcare professionals to deliver free checks, sensitisation campaigns, and essential supplies.
Through our Young Geniuses programme, we mentor children aged 5–16 in IT skills. Our initiatives also include the TV show Destiny Moments with Eunice and the global mentorship conference Fixing the Woman, which has reached over 100,000 viewers worldwide.
Importantly, we have participated in United Nations forums, including the 1st Session of the OE-IGWG on an Optional Protocol to the CRC on Access to Education in Geneva and the UN Women Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69), amplifying issues affecting women and the girl child on global platforms.
